Use this page to request deletion of your Project Apex account and associated app data.

How to request deletion

Send an account deletion request by email. The link below opens a prefilled email to Pole Simulation.

If the button does not open your email app, send your request to privacy@polesim.com with the subject Project Apex account deletion request.

What to include

• Your generated Project Apex driver ID
• A short statement that you want your Project Apex account and associated app data deleted.

Project Apex uses anonymous accounts, so Pole Simulation may ask for additional information to identify the correct app profile before completing the request.

What will be deleted

Deletion covers your Project Apex profile and associated app data, including training history, progression, XP, unlocks, Daily Training data, Daily Lights Out data, telemetry linked to the account, and leaderboard data where practical.

Pole Simulation may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.

Timing

Pole Simulation will review deletion requests and confirm completion by email. If a request requires additional verification, Pole Simulation will explain the next step.
